Hey, hey, hey! Temperatures have recently jumped to +20 degrees, and this has made our linen shirts jump out of the closets. Today we're going to move a bit away from one-offs for food service and talk about a topic that usually resurfaces during the winter months of the year. We're talking about humidity, which most often bothers us in the car or home/apartment.
