At our store, you don't have to worry about choosing the wrong size or a product not meeting your expectations. Thanks to our integration with InPost’s affordable return service, you can shop stress-free, knowing that returning a product won’t be a hassle.

According to current consumer rights law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement without giving any reason. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. All returns are handled through a simple return form generator, which allows you to send the package back to us using any InPost Parcel Locker.

1. Print the Return Form
   Generate the return documents with address labels and print them.
2. Send the Package
   Place the packed product and the return form into a box and seal it securely.
3. Get Your Refund
   You’ll receive your money back within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

Detailed Return Instructions:

1. Log in to your account and go to the returns panel. Select the product you wish to return.
2. Choose the return option: click “Use store’s shipping method” and select how you’d like to receive your refund.
3. Generate and print the return documents and address labels. Don’t forget to sign the return form.
4. Pack the item securely along with the return form. You can reuse the box you received the original order in. Take the parcel to any InPost Parcel Locker – quick and easy, available 24/7.
   (Note: the parcel must not exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and 25 kg.)

We will process your refund within 14 days of being notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, the process usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

This procedure does not affect your statutory right to withdraw from the contract and in no way limits it.
