Hello! Some time ago we published a post on our blog, where we gave ways to live greener - "How to be eco? 10 simple tips to change your habits". There we talked about saving energy as a way to lower bills and live a more environmentally conscious life. Today we would like to return to this topic, but this time we will devote much more time to it. We'll suggest what to pay attention to at work and at home when it comes to using household appliances/RTVs, we'll point out "unhealthy" habits that can be easily changed, and besides, we'll touch on the topic of "energy classes" (this applies to household appliances/RTVs) - we have an interesting fact there that perhaps not all of you know about.... You are welcome!
Guide
Calories, nutritional values, diets, number of meals - the subject of (healthy) eating is a very complicated topic and people approach it in a variety of ways. It all evolves over time, and some suggestions from a couple of decades ago about eating, may be outdated. However, we advocate the theory that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is worth eating something well balanced. This is especially important for the youngest, who, while going to school, need to maintain concentration and a volatile mind for many hours each day. In today's post, you'll read about why breakfast is so important for our kids, how to develop the right eating habits in them, and what to stock up on to make it as easy as possible for children to establish these good habits.
