NOTES:
The cups feature a distinctive "with turtle" print to indicate that the product contains plastic - this is how the European Union has classified the PLA material with which the cups are lined. This has to do with the coming into force of the Plastics Directive (July 1, 2021.).
However, PLA (cornmeal-based plastic) is a naturally derived material and is 100% compostable and environmentally safe.
